Charging a fee for listings serves two purposes: it provides financial support and helps protect our community from spam and fraud.

    By implementing a listing fee, we discourage spammers and fraudulent activities on our platform. This proactive approach reduces the workload on our team by minimizing spam and fraudulent listings, making our vetting process smoother and more efficient.

    It's important to note that our listing fee is designed to offer value to our users. Despite this fee, our platform remains a cost-effective option compared to other listing and selling platforms.

  • If you order a watch from the UK or Switzerland, you'll be responsible for any VAT and duty fees that apply to purchases from non-EU countries. With our Secure Transfer service, your watch will be sent to our headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic. Under Czech law, imports exceeding 120 EUR are subject to a 21% VAT and 9% duty.

    This setup is advantageous for many European customers facing higher tax and duty rates in their countries. Moreover, we handle the entire customs process, saving you time and effort.

  • When selling through our Secure Transfer service, your watch undergoes a comprehensive review to authenticate its legitimacy and verify alignment with your listing description. Upon the buyer's acceptance of the watch, we promptly release the full payment to your account. We assure you that funds will be deposited into your account no later than 10 working days after receipt of your timepiece.

  • With our Secure Transfer service, the seller covers transportation costs to our company headquarters, while the buyer assumes responsibility for transportation from our headquarters to their address once the service is completed. If you choose not to use our Secure Transfer service, it is entirely at the discretion of the buyer and seller to communicate and agree on who will cover transportation costs.

  • If you, as a seller, send us a timepiece that is found to be fake or if there are discrepancies between the described and actual condition, leading the buyer to cancel the transaction, we promptly refund the buyer in full. Upon receiving payment for return transportation plus a fee to cover labor carried out by our experts, we will send the timepiece back to you.

  • We've streamlined the listing process on our platform to be incredibly straightforward. Simply download the Eclectiq app, register, await account authorization, complete your timepiece details, take detailed photos, pay for listing, wait for listing approval, and you're ready to start selling! You have the flexibility to modify or withdraw your listing at any time.
